The Stagecoach Road, Barnstable Housing project consists of 12 units of new construction located in Hyannis, MA on a 7 acre site. The project included 3 buildings each with two two-bedroom apartments and two one- bedroom apartments. Half of the units are available for individuals and families with incomes at or below 60 percent of the area’s median income. The remainder are available through the Section 8 voucher system to individuals or families with incomes between 30 percent and 50 percent of the area median income for a household of four.
