Southbridge Mill Apartments

The Southbridge Mill project is the adaptive reuse renovation of the 65,900 SF historic Southbridge mill building into a 48 unit, three story residential affordable apartment building. Apartments consist of 12 one-bedroom units, 31 two-bedroom units, and five three-bedroom units,

Construction includes extensive structural repairs and facade work. The brick apartments will have high ceilings and large windows. The building will hold community space, a mail depot, a nine-person movie room, bike storage room, fitness area, and community garden and seating that overlooks a mill pond.

The work falls under historical requirements, site improvement to the rear of the project will provide an area of recreation.
