Residence Inn Braintree

Dellbrook|JKS completed construction of the new 107,000 square foot Residence Inn Hotel in Braintree, MA  in August 2017. The 139 room hotel project began with the demolition of an existing office building on the site.   The building is composed of five levels of wood framing over one level podium slab.  The facade is a combination of masonry brick, metal panel, metal tile and EIFS.   The apartment inspired studio and one-bedrooms suites feature fully-equipped kitchens and comfortable, separate living areas. Guest amenities at the Braintree Residence Inn include a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials, an indoor swimming pool, exercise room and 495 square feet of meeting space to accommodate business groups and functions.
